WHAT WE VALUE
-
We will be a people who light the world with the love of Jesus. Jesus instructed us to let our light shine before all men (Matt. 5:16). God’s heart is to reach the lost. He makes us passionate about preaching the gospel and doing ministry in a way that engages people outside of the Christian faith, so they may glorify God.
-
We will be a people who see Jesus and actively help others know how to follow Jesus. Because we are called to make disciples, our primary focus is ministering to people, not conducting meetings, facilitating programs, or building buildings. (Matthew 28:19-20).
-
We will be a people who joyful obey Jesus. Because Jesus is “King of kings and Lord of lords,” we believe that wholehearted submission to God’s will and His Word is the starting point of the Christian faith and the foundation of all spiritual growth. (Colossians 2:6).
-
We will be a people who develop future leaders who will serve in the church and in the community. We do this by deliberately creating opportunities for young potential leaders to develop their gifts, and empowering them through identification, instruction, impartation, and internship. (2 Timothy 2:2)
-
We will be a people with Big Faith. Jesus said, “Faith as a mustard seed, can move a mountain.” We read it is also impossible to please God without faith. Let’s trust Him and start moving mountains.
Read Matthew 17:20
Read Hebrews 11:6
-
We will be a people no longer bound by sin. When we bow our knee to Jesus He becomes our Lord, and sets us free from any other rule over our lives. He who is free is free indeed.
-
We will be a people who walk God’s calling to a spiritual family; therefore, we embrace community, reject the idea of disposable relationships, and choose to walk in love, respect, and unity. We will refuse to sacrifice our marriages and our children on the altars of temporal success or fleeting pleasures. (Psalm 127:1, 3)
Welcome! We hope that we will help you see Jesus and make a difference wherever you may find yourself today. I remember being a young campus minister and wanting our ministry to grow so badly. We kept asking people to our meeting, and then God reminded me, don’t just invite people to church, invite them to Jesus. So this is what we do every Sunday. We make Jesus a huge deal! When you come as a guest, we hope you see Him, in the way we love one another! It is our motivation for greeting, worship, life groups, discipleship, and outreach that people would see Jesus and leave with hope and courage.Sincerely,Pastor Ben
